I made some nice friends when I went to Kenya in September 2007. I enjoyed my time with them. I want to study English and communicate with my friends in foreign countries. Please forgive my strange English and feel free to give me some advice.

Blood examination
I went to a hospital near my school yesterday because toes of my right foot has swelled up since I came Japan from Kenya. The result of my blood examination was that my blood had much urea. So I must not exercise snd drink. Oh my gosh!!!!
Oh Shizuo!! So sorry about that toe pain!! In English when someone has elevated uric acid level, the medical condition name is "gout" - it can be very painful. Thank heaven there is medicine for it. It's good it did not happen in Kenya because it would have made a transect very hard to do!! Hope you are feeling better!!
